Australian Capital Territory
The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has the Discrimination Act 1991 which protects you from discrimination. If someone breaks this law you can complain to the ACT Human Rights Commission (external link).
Queensland
Queensland (QLD) has the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 which protects you from discrimination. If someone breaks this law you can complain to the Queensland Human Rights Commission (external link).
New South Wales
New South Wales (NSW) has the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 which protects you from discrimination. If someone breaks this law you can complain to the Anti Discrimination Board of NSW (external link).
Northern Territory
The Northern Territory (NT) has the Anti Discrimination Act 1996 which protects you from discrimination. If someone breaks this law you can complain to the Northern Territory Anti-Discrimination Commission (external link).
South Australia
