Georgia Talbot is 21 years of age and lives in Ashtonfield in the Hunter Valley, NSW. She currently attends Hunter TAFE in Newcastle, where she studies textiles. Georgia is creative in lots of different ways and with the help of sewing mentor and disability support worker, designed and produced her own Year 12 formal gown in December, 2019.
Georgia loves to draw, particularly anime and animals. She uses photography, acrylic and watercolour paint, and also uses her tablet to create digital art.
Because of her eye for detail, from time to time, Georgia also assists a small local art gallery in hanging exhibitions.
As well as her art, Georgia is currently using her sewing skills to make workshop aprons for a local art gallery. She hopes, in time, to turn this into a business. She keeps active by horse-riding, going to the gym, shopping, walking, playing with the dog, seeing new things, going to the movies, listening to music and solving jigsaw puzzles.

Georgia has only just started to exhibit some of her works and in 2021 she was part of a group exhibition organised by a small local art gallery where she entered a work which was produced using acrylic paint and using a bubble-blower to make bubble art.
She currently also has lessons in photography and likes to combine her photographs into her art in some way. For her first exhibition, she used digital photographs which she took during a holiday to Japan, which she manipulated using Procreate® on her tablet and then had printed onto coffee mugs.
