I take active leadership by INSPIRATION to better my mental health and help others do the same through engaging in and sharing therapeutic and mindful art practices.
I like to dabble in a range of mediums and styles, including drawing, digital art, photography, painting, printmaking, etc. I am passionate about art that is inspired by intuition and that is empathic, prophetic and political.
My lived experience of mental health and chronic illness issues which form my disabilities fuels my need to engage creatively through the arts as a way to de-stress and give a language to all the struggles, challenges, triumps, thoughts, feelings and experiences in a nuturing and fulfilling way.
I enjoy attending online life drawing workshops, drawing portraits, pets - whatever inspires me. I particularly love working unconsciously drawing to music, sermons, stories, sounds in nature etc.
I enjoy improving on and discovering new techniques, collaborating, encouraging creativity for all.
